Limited power outlets in the room!!! The thin walls allowed for too much noise from neighboring rooms!!! Shower temperature control was a bit confusing without power!!!

The English breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed it.

The room we had included thoughtful tea making facilities, a storage and a big mirror. Everyone from the staff was amazingly helpful and extremely helpful. The location was perfect and nice: a mall and a market were within walking distance. Had nice dainties at Debenhams Restaurant, located minutes from the hotel.

Unbeatable location right in the centre of town.

While the guesthouse had a friendly host and was clean, the noise from nearby bars at night disrupted my sleep, particularly with my window open. The shared bathrooms could pose a challenge during busy mornings, leading to waits for showers. I also found the lack of desk space in the room quite inconvenient, as I had expected a more comfortable working environment .

That's an ideal and cute place when visiting Bath for a short stay. The location is great, right by shopping centre, rail and bus with plenty eateries and bars, all about 200 yards, and both the rail station.

Plenty of fine food for meals.

Comfortable room, friendly host, with convenient amenities like a kettle for tea and easy access to the train station nearby.

The hotel was clean with superfriendly and welcoming staff members. The location was handy, within easy walking distance of Skyline.

The shared bathroom was 'clean' but ridiculous for a guest house of this supposed caliber. My room was so cramped it. Honestly, after that experience, the least I expected was an upgrade or a complimentary gift to soothe my ordeal but of course, nothing. Ridiculous, .

The room was well-appointed and beautifully decorated, equipped with Bath and a shared bathroom, as example, it accommodated us perfectly. The staff was affable, excellent.

Central location, but on a main road.

the room had a large fan for the hot weather, very helpful. the bed had a dip in the middle, making it a bit uncomfortible to sleep.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the Bath Spa train station and all major attractions. Sergio, the host, is a gem, the rooms are super clean and the breakfast served is varied and delicious, including fresh pastries and a tasty full English option made to order.
